Dark brown hair w/ electric blue highlights?

I have dark brown, almost black, hair and I really want electric blue highlights, but not on the top. I want 2 layers of my dark color, and then the blue underneath so that it kind of peeks out under the dark. Does anyone have pictures of what that might look like?
