take your cursor and put it on the words. click and drag. press control and c at the same time. find where you would like to put the picture or words. (like a word doc.) now press control and v at the same time. it should show up

If you mean when you are looking at links on a web page then it's as result of the way in which the page is designed. The designer can specify the font, the font size, the font colour and the background colour etc. and also specify what happens when the cursor 'rolls over' the link.

Go to start-control panel-system. Go to the 'advanced' tab, and from there choose 'settings' under 'performance'. then at the new window that is displayed, tick ';use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop. Hope you got it.

How much do blue highlights normally cost?
i am going to get some maybe but i want to know how much the average cost would be.

I find if you go to a good salon (which you should, especially for having colour put in), it'll depend on how many highlights you want in. The salon I go to charges $5 a foil (1 foil per highlight) so if you want a lot it can cost you. Seeing as they're blue highlights, I doubt you'd need as many as it takes to get a natural look with a different colour, as you just want to streak it for a fun look, so I'd say you'd pay less than $90, maybe around $50 or a bit more or less. But don't forget if you plan on keeping them, you need to go in about every 3 months to have them touched up. Hair colour isn't cheap so don't just say, ';I'm gonna change up my hair colour today!';. The longer your hair, and the darker your hair, the more dye it will take to lighten your hair before you can add a color like blue. The shorter and lighter your hair, the cheaper it will be. The more highlights you want, the more dye it will take, and the more it will cost.
A head of blond highlights run around $100 at the salon I go to for medium length hair. You would have to add blue on top of that, so the cost would only go up.

I think blue is more noticeable and easier to spot. Red and yellow don't have good association in our minds, and green is hard to read. (Not to mention that most colorblind people can't see red or green.)
