at 10 seconds etc? hair is black but its blue did they have to prelighten their hair?? how did they do it? um, other than photoshop lol :-pHow do they get the blue highlights in their hair?
my sister had blue in her hair and she went to a hairdressers and they pre-lightened her hair with bleach and then used blue dye over it.





she did go to a good hairdresser so the colour came out well.





if i were you i would make sure you get it done professionally rather than letting someone experiment.
