I can't the dark blue color removed.Why is that all my desktop icons are highlighted DARK BLUE?
Go to start-control panel-system. Go to the 'advanced' tab, and from there choose 'settings' under 'performance'. then at the new window that is displayed, tick ';use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop. Hope you got it.
