should i highlight my hair blue? my hair is black and a little past my shoulders.Should i highlight my hair blue?

It does look really pretty and it actually looks natural as long as it's not vibrant.
I would just get a blue streak i think it looks bettewr than highlights :) I used to have a purple streak haha

dark blue is nice but I much prefer some kind of bright blue for myself ( I have black hair too) but the brighter it is, means it's harder too keep you know ;)
