almost any hair colour hightens to your benifit, but a deep blue-black can really set off those baby blues. the less colour the better, like wearing black eyemakeup, or pale pink, or even a pale green can really dazzle. so bat those babies and shake your deep black glossy curls! im sure you shall look devine ^^ have fun!
