Go to Walgreens, buy black dye and Splat! blue dye with bleach. Do it yourself for about $15.How much does it cost to get your hair dyed black /w blue highlights...?
Depending on the length of your hair and if you want to have blue extensions on black hair or have your own hair hi-lifted and colored with the blue,I would guess anywhere between 75-150 that's based on my salon prices and i have a moderately priced salon ,comparably speaking.
At a average salon you should probably expect a $60-100 purchase.
