Hair.Would it be better to have darker hair or lighter hair with purple and blue highlights?
i think that it would look good no matter what but if you want to stand out from the crowd and look great look i would say the lighter with blue and purple streaks but if you want to look great and still be '; normal'; then try the darker any way it will look greatWould it be better to have darker hair or lighter hair with purple and blue highlights?
Welll, on one hand, the highlights would show up better in lighter hair, BUT it could also look a bit crappy and trashy when they fade.


With darker hair, they'd be a bit less obvious both when they've been freshly put in, and when they're fading.
Darker, definately.
