get your friend or rents to do that. just pull a strand of hair %26amp; spray it above your head. i suggest you get it done professionally, that way it will turn out extremely better. %26amp; also whatever blue spray your going to use, wont hold up more then a week. so i dont know how long your planning to keep it for, but yeah, that's my suggestion. good luck hope this helped! :)
Unless you want a completely crappy look, go to a hairdressers to have it done. It will be more expensive but it'll be worth it once you have a cool look. You're going to have to bleach the tips of your hair so that they retain almost no color in order to get the right look. Because you dye your hair black and probably have been doing so for a while, doing it yourself at home just won't work because there will be so much black residue on your hair that the bleach won't do anything. Then you have to dye the tips blue and do it correctly so that it looks good. Save some money and have it done professionally. It'll look 50x better and it won't cost you so much for touch ups in the future. For looks like yours, it's best to turn to the professionals.
