yeah, but the style cut has to be just as cool to pull it off, or you will just look like a bad scunk
omfg no!!! don't do it. that is wayyyyyyyyyy to time consuming for your hair to reach that light of a color and the blue hell no. bleaching your hair to that extremes will cause your hair to break off. you dont want to damage your hair and also you'll have to get root touch-ups every 2 weeks. it can be very expensive. not worth the cost of losing your hair. you should try highlights look wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy natural. you dont want to be a bottle washed out bleach blonde. please go with highlights. good luck sweetie.
I think so, but school starts soon so what kind of policy does yours have regarding hair? Some schools have policies about hair color. I completely DISAGREE with any thing restricting your creativity with in reason.
