Blue Highlight Icon Text?

I have a Windows Vista and when I highlight words it's this blue color, how do IGet rid of that? It's like really light blue almost cyan.

under fonts and colors click on ';Colors';

throw the computer up against the wall. pick it up. plug it back in and the color will be gone... and so will vista..... die vista.. die
