Will light brown hair work with blue highlights?

ok i have light brown hair and i really want blue highlights!! will it look ok?? my hair is straight and its always down. and pictures of blue highlights will help me plenty!!Will light brown hair work with blue highlights?
Personally, I think it'll be a bit tacky looking.





Black and nice fluro/neon blue would look sweet. But blonde with blue would look cute [:

I don't know if blue hightlights in your hair is such a smart idea. I did once, but as soon as they faded, they looked green and sickly.





Maybe if you can find someone to do it permanently, then it'll have better outcomes than mine did.
umm... I have medium brown hair with a chunk dyed blue in the front... It looks pretty cool.
I don't think that would look right. Those colors don't compliment each other well. You should try jet black with blue highlights. The colors contrast so it looks really good. But the thing about blue...like any other vibrant color is that it fades quickly...regardless of whether you get it done professionally or not. I've had my hair all colors of the rainbow and blue turns to green then to a greenish blonde. If you do dye your hair blue it's going to require a lot of upkeep. You have to get retouches done every week to keep it the vibrant blue you want. Hope this helps!

No maybe with blac hair or blonde hair. You see we brunnettes are special, we get the sexy colors. take a look at red instead.
