No.


Colour does not lift colour. You need to have light blonde hair to put blue dye over. So the highlights you want blue, you need to bleach them first.


It's like colouring with markers. If you have a brown marker and put blue over it what will happen? You'll have a brown colour with a hint of blue at best.

if you want them to turn out the exact color they are on the box/bottle..you should bleach highlights in first and than a few days later put the blue over the bleached parts, that way it's bright and the right color! but if you put a bright color into your medium brown hair, it'll turn out either purple or really dark blue
yeah, like the person that answered before me if you want it the color on the box you have to bleach it first or it will show really dark blue. but dark blue would look cute with brown hair
one of my friends had blue hair but her hair turned blonde.. after a while but maybe your hair might turn brown it also depends how dark your hair is :)
you first need to dye the hair blonde


then dye the hair whatever shade of blue you want
