HOW DO YOU GET BLUE HIGHLIGHTS WITHOUT BLEACHING YOUR HAIR?

I really want blue highlights ever since I saw the movie Aquamarine. I finally got my mother to say yes. Her only condition is no bleaching. I have chestnut brown colored hair, and I REALLY WANT TO DO THIS. What product can I get if it will even show up? Should I get it done professionally?How should I get it highlighted? you are gonna need to lighten your hair, and that requires blech, no other way,





bur what i ask myself, is why wont she let you, uf you bleach it once, it wont do that much damage to your hair.
