All of my computer Icons are highlighted in Blue! I've tried everything I can think of. Could the program be infected by a virus. I know there are viruses on my computer.Is the Computer Program infected if the icon is highlighted in blue?

Its not affected.Its a settings you've done and need to reset it.You can say its infected only if it keeps highliting itself.I guess you're using windows crystal
