Is there a way to put blue highlights/streaks on black hair without bleaching it?

If so, is there a certain brand I can use?Is there a way to put blue highlights/streaks on black hair without bleaching it?
If you want your hair to be like a hint of blue, like only really noticeable in light then yea you can put it in without bleaching it. But if you want that dramatic look then yea, you are going ot have to bleach it (How do I know,i did my roommates hair in blue)

If you are looking to do just a few streaks not like all over, the best thing to do is to go to the store and buy Revlon highlight kit which is in a gold box, and get the one that says (NOT recommended for black hair) yes I said not recommended as, as soon as you touch this to black hair it will immediately turn in yellow blonde! Make sure you put the cap on over your head and pull out the string of hair you want highlighted! (It may help to have a friend, but you can do it yourself)

I used this same thing as I also have jet black hair, and I use this tio turn my hair a peach color! 9I have had every color of the rainbow and then some) haha

This is what the box looks like get the blond kit:

http://haircolor.revlon.com/aspx/frostglow/FrostGlowShadeSelector.aspx (If this is not available I would think that any highlight bleach blonde would work)

also for the blue color get: Clariol Xtreme FX color and Lorela also has one too but never tried it

But follow those steps and it wont take long!!!Is there a way to put blue highlights/streaks on black hair without bleaching it?
mmm, don't think soo
natural instincts has many cooky colors to choose from with no added amonia so it wont damage your hair.
yes, it's in a tube
i'd like to know the same thing!
No. Black hair will show no change unless it has been stripped of all color. Clip-on or spray-on might do the trick if you want temporary. Permanent would require that you lift the color from the area you want and then put in the blue.
yeah, but it doesnt work to well, you will only be able to see it in the sun
