Red and blue shirts tend to accentuate my blue eyes.
yellow, light blue, browns, red
blue%26amp; brown shirts would probably bring them out the best.
I wear black a lot, and it brings out my blue eyes.
Wear bright blue, bright green, or black ;)
Wear a deep blue or turquoise top to accentuate your deep blue eyes!!


Green tops always look nice too.

huh? highlights? what type?
usally bright coulours like you,r own eyes,pale blues and light greens.you could wear red with your dark hair,but i woul be inclined to say the paler coulours with your light complection.
If you are talking clothes here, then you can wear white, black, red, purple. lotsa colors.
