How can I find a place that gives blue highlights?

I don't think Haircuttery does that. The blue highlights at CVS are so dark they're black, I want blue blue!How can I find a place that gives blue highlights?

If you can find a place that has matrix color (most regis owned salons) or paul mitchelle color (a private salon) they SOMETIMES will carry the blue. you will have to lift the hair to a blonde first, (weather you want blue highlights or whatever) then they will apply the blue over it. Keep in mind the blue isn't going to stay but a few washes and you HAVE to lift it to a blonde first. You could go to salleys or a regis owned salon and they have all sorts of colors of clip in extensions that are real hair so you can do whatever with them, as well as take them in and out whenever you want them. If you go to a regis owned salon (like mastercuts) they will sell them to you at about $15 a piece, and that includes them putting them in and showing you how to and cutting them into your hair to help blend them to your shape of hair style.

First, they won't be highlights. Call around local salons and see if they carry the color blue at all. A lot of them do, it's just not a popular color. Then, ask for a customized color application. Explain what you want, and trust the stylist to use the best method. I have used foils before to apply ';streaking';, which sounds like what you are wanting.
