How do you highlight bright blue eyes?

I just got bright blue contacts and only have make up for brown eyes my contacts are the color of my avatar'sHow do you highlight bright blue eyes?

i would use black liquid eyeliner on the top and use some purples, pinks and some -- whites but only on the brow bone.How do you highlight bright blue eyes?
Put on liquid eyeliner on the top lid slowly on the top eyelash crease

Then buy a volumizing mascara and put on top lid until eyelashes seem quite long then put it on the bottom lashes gently and then apply it below the eyelash with a zig zag motion (http://www.kearneypublishing.com/images/textimages/La-Salone-before-%26amp;-after.jpg)


It should turn out like this on the bottom lashes.





Then before you do all that you should apply concealer under your eyes and blend it in and add some powder and if your eyes feel a bit heavy apply some motion on the face and apply a bit more powder.





OH and darken your eyebrows a bit with a brown eyeliner stick to apply texture to the face, not too much though , just lightly stroke them/

I would guess browns would be playing it safe- but blue and brown are supposed to go hand in hand.





well, if you are crazy with makeup and good at applying it- then maybe subtle orange/gold tones? Might sound crazy and it might be hahaa but orange is the opposite of blue so it might work or it won't. Try it out and see if it works!

Light brown colors definitely highlight that color blue. You could use gold tinted eyeshadow near the eyebrow and the area close to your nose to bring out the eye color.
use brown or metallic gold/bronze eyyeshadow.


i wouldnt use black eyeliner or mascara...use brown.
