How to change highlight colour on samsung tocco from orange to blue?

on my phone when you click on something like media player the highlighter colour over the option you are selecting eg images, sounds etc is orange. ive been looking at some of my friends toccos and theirs is blue instead of orange. is there a reason why theirs is different and if i can change mine to blue too? i got mine for christmas 2008, im not sure if its an update or anything.
